I'm getting DIZZY....

So, I have been to Mexico and back since my last post. I got a tan that I hope I can hold on to until the SUN actually arrives in Canada! I'm looking forward to Summer and the Vitamin D that will come with it! 


We have a few busy big weeks ahead. Ry has a BIG gig coming up, and I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous for him and the opportunities it may bring. I know its been a lot for him to handle these last few weeks, and he wants soo bad to make the right choices. I pray that he will be able to enjoy the moment, and take it all in, leave everything on the stage.  God obviously thinks he is ready, so here we go. 


We are also selling our house!!!! Insert clapping and tears of JOY!  Friends of ours are moving to China, (insert sad tears and thumbs down) and have accepted our offer on their beautiful home. It has everything a girl would want, a claw foot tub, a wood burning fireplace, a chandelier in the living room! We would be so happy to live in that home.  The "Kicker" is we have to sell it before the middle of next month......eeeks.  I'm trusting that God knows these things... 


Also, Living the a state of clean is not my cup of tea. Don't get me wrong, I like tidy, but CLEAN is not a fun state to achieve on a daily level! How is anyone supposed to "live" in a showhome 24/7?!?!  Suggestion box is waiting for answers.....


As I write, I'm thinking of 4 other things that need scrubbing before the Open House this weekend. I should go and do that...

Friends

I know, I haven't blogged in a while. Its been a BUSY few months.  Ryan has been very busy with exciting things with the BOOM CHUCKA BOYS and it seems like every time I go to blog something else comes up. So I am gonna start to do this more, at least once a week. Or at least thats my goal....... 


Today a friend of mine lost her good friend. It was without warning, and was shocking and very troubling and sad. I know alot of hard days are ahead for them, and my heart aches for the little girl that is now left with only memories from 7 years of life with her mom.  


So, this was my experience today. I was chatting with my friend when she received the news that things were pretty dire. The shock of that text was all wrapped up in a few emotion soaked phrases and a quick goodbye. I was left to pray and wait for good news, I was believing for good news. 


But good news never came. A little girl is missing her Mom tonight. 


So, without hashing out the details on here, I will say this. Its soo important to tell the people that you love that they are loved. The example of todays events are all to common for us to live our lives waiting for the "perfect time" to share those feelings. 


Love is one of the hardest things to define, but I believe that is the one thing you take with you when you go to be with God.
